Hillary’s “Big” Win
May 14th, 2008 -- Posted in American Politics, Comics | No Comments »*While I was writing this post, I just saw the news flash that Senator Edwards is going to endorse Senator Obama which is great news because I know a lot of people in Massachusetts who are Edwards’s fans that will hopefully support Senator Obama. *
Well Senator Clinton has won West Virginia as predicted however I expected the mainstream media to downplay her success and in some aspects they did so however there were still some news outlets that refused to let go of this ratings “hook.” These organizations declared that Senator Clinton was back in the fight and that her win in West Virginia was “big”, “significant”, “and momentous.” There were a lot of other words used but I will give credit to some organizations who declared the fight was over and that Senator Clinton was just going through the motions. Watching Larry King this morning, amongst the panel there seemed to be renewed thought about the possibility of a “Dream Ticket” however given the split amongst supporters on both sides; I highly doubt this is even possible.
