Well I have been thinking about reorganizing the sidebar of this blog to move up the Twitter Applet so that more people can take notice of it. I am not sure if many people are aware of Twitter but the nice thing for me is that I can blog my thoughts from my mobile if I am out and about. I have a really bad memory when it comes to remembering good idea’s which is why I have a mobile phone with a keyboard to write all these sorts of thoughts down when they happen.
The other thought I had today is that I have been trying to get this site W3C certified which I am not sure why I need to do this but apparently I have been told by some other bloggers that it helps. The problem though is when I tried to validate site, I have 64 xhtml errors. I dislike programming with a passion but I am going to have to slog through those errors at some point this weekend. The good news is that by the end of today I should hopefully have transcribed this interview I did with a friend of mine who is studying for her Masters in Economics in Canada. We had a fascinating discussion about the global food crisis and the possible solutions for the medium-short term.
I watched this video this morning and found it quite hysterical but a little sad at the same time. The Daily Show had some clips of some people when they were asked about why they did not vote for Barack Obama. Some people honestly replied because they thought he was muslim and one lady even said: “his people and our people do not get along…” Seriously

Hee hee hee! I thoroughly enjoyed this video, Crian. Thanks!
Unlike the women in this video, I don’t judge Obama because his middle name is “Hussein” or because I think he’s a Muslim, or because he’s an Afro American. He’s the most liberal senator there is and I’m not a liberal.

Hey Gayle, I definitely didn’t think you would fall into this category at all. Obama is pretty liberal as they come so I understand why people dislike him for that. It was a great video, going to watch the full episode of that Daily Show tonight when it airs on CNN here in Ireland.

LOL This was hilarious. Chris Mathews and Hilary’s campaign manager always make good TV when they go at teach other like that. I would love to see collective of all the moments they have had over this campaign season.

It was truly funny, I will look for a collective sometime. Did you hear the other day that he accused MSNBC of extreme bias towards Obama, I will admit that is not entirely untrue but its their right to choose. Look at ABC’s coverage of clinton, they are horribly skewed in her favor.
