The Last VP Post

Well I was just watching a bit of a CNN a few hours ago when they announced that we will definitely hear Senator Obama’s pick for Vice President this week. I would probably not believe this statement if it wasn’t for the convention next week that I took off two days off of work to watch (Yes that is sadly true :) ). The problem is that with less than a week to go, even with all the speculation in the media and the blogosphere; I am  nowhere close to gleaming the most likely possibility.  The latest data from CNN’s Veepstakes:

The above screenshot indicates that Senator Biden is now the most likely choice according to the market but this is probably due to his trip to Georgia. Governor Sebelius is slightly below him but I imagine this is because she is a popular choice but not the most likely due to the Obama campaign stating they would not choose a female VP. So where does that leave us? I don’t know and like many people have said, it could be someone we don’t even suspect. With that in mind, watch the video below and leave your choice of most likely VP for Senator McCain and Senator Obama, the winner gets bragging rights:

I’d say you’re in sad shape to want to watch the convention, but this time around, it might be fairly interesting. Denver and the donkeys, anyway. The only interesting thing in St Paul will be how outrageously the protesters behave.

At least in Denver they can get good Mexican food.

I’m a volunteer driver, and hotel concierge, for the RNC. GPS, please find me a way around the nude die-in on Minnesota Avenue….

    Obama’s VP choice?

My money’s on Ron Paul. Obama’s making no inroads among the middle of the GOP base, but he could grab a bunch of the truther/conspiracy/new world order nutters by hugging Ron Paul on the podium.

Biden as a VP choice would not be wise: he is another senator. IMO, Sibelius would be a better campaigner,
bring in dissaffected women from the Clinton camp and make a stronger ticket all around. She is a popular
governer in a strongly GOP state..pretty impressive.

I think the convention will be pretty interesting Gordon, though I am not sure how anyone could top Obama’s speech in 2004, You know one of my favorite places in Minnesota, a town called Kiester. I was there in the Winter of 2000, so much snow that I miss so much.

Good luck as a concierge, I take it you are using the GPS that’s built into the 8310? Ron Paul, now that would be surprise and might achieve some significant results.

Sebelius would be awesome, my personal favorite though given the probabilities, I will go with Biden. I take it you are backing Sebelius BB?
